full days of goalie emersion!
A
typical day at Goalie Camp
one hour fitness training
one hour, on ice, of
position specific movements
and power skating
one hour in the classroom
for mental fitness, tactical
play and chalk talk
one hour outdoor activity
an hour and a half on ice, training save movements, recoveries,
rebound control and
positioning.
The day starts at 8:30 am
and finishes at 4:00 pm.
Times might vary slightly -
campers will be notified in
advance
of any changes.
